The Old Library provides the perfect backdrop for the fayre and will be present on the day to show you around and answer questions you may have. Elevate your experience with our VIP package, packed with exclusive goodies just for you! From premium items to special surprises, this package offers a unique touch to make your visit even more memorable. Each VIP package is limited to 1 x per group and includes two general admission tickets. VIP packages are available to book on a first come first serve basis, with a limited availability of 10 packages per time slot.

Please note, you are allowed to stay later than your allocated time slot. However please ensure you arrive at the start or during your slot time to gain entry into the event.

The venue is fully accessible, step-free access available from side entrance for wheelchair users - please send us an email if you require step free access on the day!

Dark Enchantment Wedding Fayre – Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using a ticket for the Dark Enchantment Wedding Fayre ("the Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Validity & Entry

   • A valid ticket must be presented for entry to the Event.

   • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the Event is canceled by the organiser.

   • Children under 16 years of age may enter for free but must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

2. Event Conduct & Safety

   • Well-behaved dogs are permitted at the Event but must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners are responsible for their pets and any damages caused.

   • Attendees must comply with all venue regulations and instructions from Event staff.

   • The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

3. Accessibility

   • If step-free access is required, please contact the team in advance at darkenchantmentwedding@gmail.com to make necessary arrangements.

4. Photography & Media

   • By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any promotional material, please inform the Event staff upon arrival.

5. Liability & Responsibility

   • The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Event.

   • Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event.

6. Changes & Cancellations

   • The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, venue, or other details where necessary.

   • In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
